1.Fourth 1 cup of the San Fernando milk cream in a pot and add the sugar, the salt. Place the vanilla extract in the pot . Heat the mixture over medium heat,until the sugar is dissolved . Remove from heat and add the remaining San Fernando milk cream, San Fernando whole milk and vanilla extract. Stir to combine and store the mixture in the refrigerator..
2. When it's ready to beat, re-beat the mixture and place it in the blender or ice cream maker.. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight bowl and place in the freezer until ready to serve.
3. In case you don't have a blender or ice cream maker, you can use your blender on high speed, remember that you can add some fruits before serving, or liquid chocolate for a personal touch.
