Excellent source of protein
Dairy products are an excellent source of protein of high biological value and provide vitamin D, phosphorus and calcium highly bioavailable; It is the source of the nutrient, necessary for the development and strengthening of bones.
Consumption of dairy products especially yoghurt and other fermented milks have been a source of study, highlighting its importance in a healthy diet because of its lower lactose content which facilitates digestion, as well as, reducing the risk of diarrhea subsequent to antibiotic treatment.
Dairy products are not only highly nutritious but also add variety to food, They are incorporated into various preparations; so it is essential to include in the feed during different stage of life.
